Job Description: Join our team as a Special Educator and make a profound impact on the lives of students with diverse learning needs. In this role, you will provide tailored educational support, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and foster an inclusive learning atmosphere that accommodates individual requirements.

Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and understand students' learning needs through detailed assessments.
* Design and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that cater to specific student needs.
* Utilize adaptive teaching methods to meet various learning styles and abilities.
* Offer direct instruction in academic subjects, life skills, and social-emotional learning.
* Monitor and adapt educational plans based on student progress and feedback.
* Engage in collaborative efforts with parents, educators, and therapists to enhance student development.
* Maintain comprehensive records of student evaluations, progress, and educational adjustments.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a closely related field.
Valid state certification or licensure in Special Education (as required).

* Proven experience in working with students who have disabilities such as autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and intellectual challenges.

* Proficient in applying evidence-based educational techniques and accommodations.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey patience, empathy, and dedication.

* Willingness to relocate to or commute to Gurugram.
